We are a San Francisco brewery producing our beers in small batches one beer at a time. It is our goal to keep your taste buds intrigued by constantly producing different flavors. To us, making the same 3-4 beers all the time would be boring. We hope you feel the same way. Our limited output and choice to abandon the common concept of a set production schedule will allow us to constantly experiment with different hops, barrels, and yeasts.

Connor fell in love with craft beer during his college years in Colorado. Many trips to the Avery Brewing tasting room and a spontaneous brewery tour at the Mountain Sun Brewpub in Boulder led to an epiphany that this was what he wanted to do. Fast forward to working for Marin Brewing Company, City Beer Store and Fritz Winery and he was psyched to open up a brewery in San Francisco. Outside of the brewery Connor loves skiing, guitar and trying beer from other breweries.

Tim fell in love with craft beer attending house parties he was way too young for. He graduated from the New England Music Conservatory with a major in Classical Saxophone and quickly found a job in his hometown of Boston working for the Boston Beer Company (Samuel Adams). He was no brewer though; a science degree was required, so instead he worked as a tour guide. This glimpse into the beer scene inspired him to try to dig deeper and get his foot in the door as a brewer. He headed out west with all of his belongings in a car and before he knew it he managed to get a job cleaning kegs at Marin Brewing Company. Working his way up the ranks at Marin Brewco he was making beers within a year. After 5 years of working at Marin Brewco Tim was ready to start designing recipes of his own. Outside of the brewery Tim loves a good Negroni cocktail, a trip to Russian River Brewing Company and Steely Dan.

Kelly has a history in the beer industry longer than any of the boys in the brewery. She has been involved with Marin Brewing Company for close to a decade and worked slangin’ pints at Russian River Brewing Company not too long ago. She is the glue that keeps this house together and can fill more growlers in one day than you’ve ever drank in your entire life. She is always crafting together new ideas for the tasting room. In her off time she enjoys karaoke, log rolling and Fleetwood Mac.
