This “strange & beautiful” beer is inspired by the post taco eating phenomenon when you incessantly scrub your hands yet they maintain that strong taco aroma. Brewed with tortilla chips in the mash, flaked maize, cumin, coriander, S&P, pasilla chiles, cilantro, lime, Citra & Motueka. DDH with GALAXY. Don’t worry it’s more IPA than taco.
